Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order
2017
On 22nd June 2017,
the Oxfordshire County Council made the above Order under section 119 of the
Highways Act 1908 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
The Order, if confirmed, will divert part of the public footpath as described
and shown in the Order.
A Map and Notice
publicising the Order has been placed on the village notice board, and is also
available to view online at https://consultations.oxfordshire.gov.uk/consult.ti/souldernfp1madeordernotice/consultationHome.
Any representations
about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior
Rights of Way Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and Commons,
Speedwell House, Speedwell street, Oxford OX1 1NE, not later than 18th
August 2017
