GDPR: Souldern Mailing List
posted 25 May 2018, 01:33 by David CarlisleThe Parish Council maintain a list of email addresses used for sending out agenda for SPC meetings, and occasional other announcements.
If you are a Souldern resident and wish to remain on the list, or if you wish to join the list, please contact Cathy Fleet, the Parish Clerk, ether by email to parishclerk@souldern.org
or you could use the contact form on this site and the information will be added.
Existing members of the list should have had a message asking that they confirm their membership.
In order to comply with the new GDPR legislation which comes into force
today, Souldern PC needs confirmation from you that you wish to remain on the
list of email addresses currently held and that you wish to continue to receive
information from the parish council.
Please would you respond to this email within 7 days indicating that you
wish your email address to be retained. If no response is received your
address will be removed from the mailing list
