Fritwell Road

Fritwell Road is a public road but included here as it links many of the footpaths in the village.


The road starts from a junction at the top of the Hill at the entrance to Souldern.

At the junction this footpath leads to Foxhill Lane giving a route back to Souldern or to Nancy Bowles Wood.


At the junction, bear left towards Fritwell. The right fork is the rosad to Somerton.

After the M40 the road drops down the hill to Fritwell.


Entering Fritwell

Fritwell duck pond at the crossroads. From here you may return to Souldern via the same route, or turn left to join B4100 to Croughton and Tusmore road, or turn right along North Street and return to Souldern via the paths to Fritwell to Hill House, Fritwell to Somerton Road, or Heyford to Somerton Road.
